To provide a method capable of properly evaluating sensory characteristics of foamed milk used for food.SOLUTION: The method of evaluating sensory characteristics of foamed milk includes the steps: (1) foaming step of foaming liquid milk by stirring the liquid milk in a container with a stirring mechanism to obtain foamed milk; (2) separation step of separating the foamed milk into a foam layer and a liquid layer by still leaving the same, and by collecting the separated foam layer to obtain a sample for evaluation; and (3) evaluation step of sensory evaluating the evaluation sample.SELECTED DRAWING: None
