An easy-to-peel dry optical fiber microtube (20) and a full-dry microbeam optical cable (100). The microtube (20) comprises several optical fibers (2), several water blocking yarns (3), and a microtube sheath (1) covered on the outer sides of the optical fibers and the water blocking yarns; the equivalent circumferential diameters of the several optical fibers (2) account for less than 90% and greater than or equal to 70% of an inner cavity of the microtube sheath (1); the water blocking yarns (3) account for 20% or less of the inner cavity of the microtube sheath (1); materials of the microtube sheath (1) comprise an olefin polymer and an inorganic filler. By means of a combined material of polyolefin and the inorganic filler, peel off can be achieved by bare hands without the help of any tool; the microtube sheath (1) is soft in texture and not prone to bend, so that coatings of the optical fibers (2) will not be damaged when the microtube sheath (1) is peeled off; the optical fiber microtube (20) is not filled with a grease, so that construction is efficient and convenient; the components in the optical fiber microtube (20) are high in compatibility, and fall off of a colored layer of the optical fiber (2) and attenuation change will not be caused after long-term use.
