The kit includes R1 reagent, M reagent, R2 reagent, pre-excitation solution and excitation solution. The sample treatment solution, R1 reagent, is a 0.5M citric acid solution (pH 3.0-3.5, adjusted with disodium hydrogen phosphate dodechydrate). In addition, the present invention is a flat bottom plate type chemiluminescent plate coated with a first antibody, a sample treatment solution, a second antibody labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP), and a color developing solution. -Provides a kit for detection of a full range of reactive proteins. In addition, the present invention provides a method for detecting a full range of C-reactive proteins using the kit.
