Seats and seat backs; seat protectors.-Relates to the outside seats of omnibuses, in which the ordinary seat b is normally protected by the spring cover a which is lifted in wet weather. The seat b has a back-rest s by which it may be rotated with the spindle g attached to the plate f which has locking - projections l which may engage with notches in the plate h1. The collar of the spindle g rests on the spring p or on an india-rubber ball or block, not shown.
