Phonographs.-Relates to a phonograph, especially adapted for use as a toy, in which the records are made of edible material, which may have a thin protective coating carrying the phonogram. A circular box c is mounted on a pivot b, and has a handle on the lid for rotation ; g is the pivot socket of the horn, the reproducer being mounted in the small end of the horn. The records are made of chocolate or sugar, and either bear the phonogram or are covered with a thin plate of ebonite or celluloid bearing the phonogram. The edible discs may be enclosed in tinfoil, which also bears the phonogram. The box c is used to contain the records, which are placed on the lid for reproduction.
