An inner pan c with a meve bottom d rotates on a vertical shaft e within a fixed pan a, and fixed stirrers g dip into the rotating pan c. The sifted material passes through the perforated bottom d into the outer pan a, and is collected through a hole, or holes i. Several of these mills may be used in series.
