Glazing roofs, glass houses, &c.-V-shaped metal strips d' are fitted on central ribs c of wood or metal astragals or sash-bars a, and are secured in place by clips e, which overlap the junctions of the strips, and are fastened to the bars by wedges or nails h driven through holes in the clips and ribs and between the ends of the strips. The prongs of the clip may be slitted to bear on overlapping sheets of glass b, and the sides of the strips bear against the edges of the glass.
