Parcel-carriers.-Umbrellas, walking-sticks, &c. are detachably secured to bags and suit-cases by means of a device comprising a flat stiff body a, which is connected to the handle or grip of the suit-case &c. by straps b. Elastic straps e hold the umbrellas &c., and a name-plate g may be provided.
