Globe-holders; lamp-shade holders.-A globe or shade holder A for an electric lamp or an inverted or upright gas lamp is provided with one or more spring tongues B formed with an inwardly projecting part b3 and arranged so as to spring under the flange of the globe C or shade when this is forced into position. The tongues may be formed in one with the globe &c. holder, and may be used in conjunction with fixed tongue-pieces.
