Automatic-feed weighers.-To obtain a length of dribble feed column irrespective of the quantity of the main feed or the specific gravity of the material, the weighing-receptacle a is divided by a plate e so that the main feed is delivered to one side of the plate, for instance to a height f or g, and the dribble feed is delivered to the other side or to the surface f1 produced by the main feed. The plate e instead of extending completely across the receptacle may be provided with side plates to form a tubular compartment, or the plate may be adjustable vertically and horizontally.
