Garment racks; rack stands.-A vertical standard c carries at its upper end a hook e for engaging the loop of a coat, and is provided also with a bracket g for engaging the shoulder portion of the coat. The standard c may form part of a telescopic stand a, or be shaped as shown in Fig. 5 to fit into a socket. The bracket g is U-shaped and supported by a central rod g1, and may be adjusted by a thumbscrew. Supplementary rods may be fitted to display vest and trousers, or hosiery, ties, &c.
