Spray carburettors.- In a carburettor having a piston valve C controlling an air passage D and mixture passage E, and having a needle valve F controlled simultaneously with the piston valve by means of levers and wire cables, separate control of the needle valve is provided by connecting it to one end of an inner wire K, which is surrounded by a spiral wire K1 having its end seated on the piston valve. Springs J, L respectively press downwards the piston valve and needle valve. A wire G is attached to the piston valve and to a lever H.
