Sheet feed-tables; registering-devices; dropping-roller feeds; pusher feeds for single sheets. -In apparatus for feeding sheets of cardboard to box-making machines &c. the sheets are presented sideways, for example by the rotary feedwheel described in Specification 16,532/15, to the upper surface of rotating rollers 27, and upper rollers 28 carried by a rock-arm 29 then descend, and the sheet is fed over an incline 31 on to a table 15. The sheet thus fed is pushed up against an adjustable stop 32 on the table by a pusher 10 mounted on a shaft 9 and rocked by a cam on a shaft 14, and is then moved endways along the table, to rollers or other device for forwarding it to the machine, by a pusher 33, which is reciprocated on guide-rods 37 by a rock-arm 43 oscillated by a face-cam 41 on the shaft 14. The arm 29 carrying the rollers 28 is oscillated through an arm 48 from a cam 46, and the shaft 49 carrying the rollers 27 is driven by a chain from the shaft 9, which is geared with the shaft 14.
