Clockwork-actuated valves.- Relates to clockwork apparatus for automatically switching off at any desired moment of time a supply of gas or electricity or both in which a spring-urged lever B on the spindle of a gas cock a, or electric switch E. d1, or both, normally rests on a graduated time disk G on a clock-urged spindle f. The disk G has a concave cut-away portion g2, g3 of large radius which instantly releases the lever B after the desired lapse of time. The disk G is adjustably secured on the clock spindle f by means of milled-head set-screws g'.
