Attachments for carrying and holding articles; locking-apparatus.-Consists in a combination wheel lock and tool or other holder for cycles &c., adapted to be secured by a single lock. The wheel lock is in the form of a chain 6 which is adapted to be passed through the wheel and detachably engaged at its ends with an eye 7 upon a clamping-piece 5 whereby a cape-holder 1 is secured to the stays 4. A second case 8 for toots &c. is carried by the base 3 of the holder 1, and is fitted with a lock 14, 15, the arrangement being such that, in locking the device, the holder 1 is closed down on to the stays and the flap 13 of the case 8 then closed down and locked over a hinged angle-plate 16 upon the holder. When the chain 6 is not in use, it is packed between the stays within the holder. The case 8 is gapped at the bottom to accommodate the upper end of the pump 11, which is thus enclosed when the device is locked.
