Frame rollers. - A pulley-wheel for railway point rodding and signal wires is provided with ball bearing having ball races conjointly formed between a restricted diametral portion of the pulley and enlarged end portions of the spindle, the whole combination being irremovable when once set up. As shown, the pulley 2 is formed with one part of a ball race, the counterpart of which is formed in the spindle 1. The balls are secured in position by a sleeve 3, which is welded, riveted or otherwise permanently secured to the spindle.
