Change-boxes, self-contained.- A film pack adapter or holder has a. cover plate fitted over the slot through which the film tabs are withdrawn in order to prevent light from entering the adapter through the slot. The adapter consists of a front plate A hinged to a casing C as usual, and a spring-controlled bar E for locking the plate A when closed. A cover plate F is secured to the bar E or to the casing C and projects over the slot a through which the film tabs d project. Alternatively, the cover may be secured to, and open with, the plate A.
