[Class 110 (i)] A fan discharge comprises a pair of plates 6 for adjusting the area and a pair of plates 9 for adjusting the direction. The curved plates 6 are carried by sectoral plates 4 which are pivoted at 5. The plates 9 have curved ends 10 which contact with the plates 6. They are carried by side plates 11 which are pivoted to the plates 4 by means of the bolts 7. These bolts lock the plates 4.
