[Class 68 (ii)] In a heated or heat retaining suit employing liquid as the insulating medium and including a hood or cowl 1 with a facial opening, the edges of the opening are tightened against the head of the wearer by a frontal strap f which is integral with or is secured to the upper part of the opening and passes round the head. The ends may be crossed and tied in front under the chin. The face may be covered by a separate mask applied to the face after the hood has been secured in position and held by the straps g.
