In a mineral-mining plough the cutting-tool holder is hinged to the plough body by a pin 3 mounted at an oblique angle to the base plane of the body and is characterized in that the angle formed by the plane of contact 12 between the body 1 and the holder 2 on the one hand, and the base plane 13 of the body on the other hand, is larger near this base plane than near the pin. The plane of contact 12 is preferably formed by part of a spherical surface, the centre of which is on the production of the centre line of the pin 3 on the side of the body which is turned away from the holder.
