The housing may consist of two co-operating cup-shaped metal parts 5, 6 one of which may have a separate base (Fig. 3, not shown), or alternatively of a single such part sealed to an insulating block (5a, Fig. 2, not shown) by a dished flange (19) which provides an extended creep path. Surfaces of the insulation external of the housing are glazed.
