In a transistor voltage stabilizer for supplying a load 1 at constant voltage from an unstabilized supply 3, the voltage across the load 1 is compared with a reference voltage across a Zener diode 5 in the base-emitter circuit of a first transistor 2 of a chain of series-connected transistors 2, 6, 7, the bases of the transistors are interconnected, as shown, by resistors 4, 8, 9 so as to equally share the voltage and power dissipation between the transistors.
