The underfloor socket has setting screws (7) between socket and frame to adjust height. The shanks of the screws screw into holes above the socket's base (1) and support the frame (5) on their heads. They are accessible through closable holes (10) in the frame. Retaining brackets (11) secure the frame so that it lies on the screw heads. These brackets engage behind the screw heads and are clamped to the frame by further screws. The frame is linked to a telescopic protective frame (13) that passes into the socket.
