WE CLAIM (1) A method of producing electrically heated automotive window by soldering bus bars to elongated electrodes connecting the lines of a conducting grid work on the glass surface of the automotive window, characterized by pressing said bus bars against said electrodes along the length thereof while exposing areas of said bus bars at a plurality of spaced points, and simultaneously heating and pressingly engaging said bus bars in the presence of a solder at said spaced areas to secure and electrically connect the same lo said electrodes.
