Powered-vehicle is movable from a bale-receiving location alongside a baling press to a discharge station, and has a power-operated tiltable bale carriage and controls which energise the vehicle when a bale is deposited on the carriage. - Controls at the discharge station stop the vehicle, and energise the carriage drive so that it tilts to a bale-discharge position.
