Long arm has a filler at one end connected to a holder spaced from the arm and parallel to it, so that the interspace can form the bordering edges of a tooth casting tool in the form of a seamless casting band. The arm can contact the band's outer surface and extend over the whole length of the band and holder, in contact with the band's inner surface, when the fixer is attached to the band.
