Production of coatings on the basis of vinyl chloride - propylene - copolymers according to the whirl sintering process

Coating can be applied by using as the PVC a vinyl chloride-ethylene copolymer and/or a vinyl chloride-propylene copolymer containing 0.5-10 weight % of the olefine and having a K value of 45-65. - The copolymers have good flow and melt behaviour at short melting times. No thermal after-treatment is needed to give a uniform coating. Glossy coatings are obtained, with good resistance to chemicals and weathering.
