Compounds of general formula (I): where R' = H; and R2 = alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, opt. subst. aralkyl, opt. subst. aralkenyl, or subst. aryl. or R' and R2 = alkyl; or R' and R2 together = alkylene. Cytostatics, active vs. mastocytomacells and fibroblasts in vitro, and vs. Leukaemia L-1210 and sarcoma 37 in mice, and Walker carcinoma in rats.
