The cable housing is provided with a centre journal on which a cylindrical disc is able to turn. The disc carries the flexible pull and push element whose one end terminates as a nipple to which the pull wire is hooked. The turning movement of the cylindrical disc is limited by the cam which strikes against the projection at the beginning and end of its travel. A cover plate has an engaging piece which turns the disc and also serves as a fitting for a display lamp. The pull cable outer cover is led to the housing by a pull stop tube.
