摘要
1314144 Laminates PERSTORP AB 10 June 1971 [3 July 1970] 19994/71 Heading B5N [Also in Division C3] In a laminating process in which paper sheets impregnated with a phenolic resin are united by curing under heat and pressure, the impregnating resin contains as fire-retardants (a) one or more phosphates of amines having a C to N atomic ratio of 1-3, the amount of amine phosphates constituting 2-25% wt. calculated on the finished product, and (b) one or more of NH 4 Br, pentabromophenol and tris-(2,3-dibromopropyl) phosphate in such an amount that the ratio by weight of the phenolic resin solids to the sum of (a) and (b) is 9-3 : 1-7. In the examples four paper sheets are impregnated with the following resin compositions comprising phenol-formaldehyde resin, monoethanol amine phosphate, and (1) NH 4 Br, (2) pentabromophenol and (3) tris-(2,3-dibromopropyl) phosphate. These impregnated sheets together with two overlay ones which are impregnated with a melamine resin are formed into a laminate under heat and pressure and the laminate is glued on an asbestos plate.
