1398289 Sheet delivery WINDMOLLER & HOLSCHER 12 Dec 1972 [21 Dec 1971] 57336/72 Heading B8R To transfer a sheet from a high speed gripper drum 2 to a low speed gripper chain 5, superposed conveyers are provided which are temporarily retracted (Fig. 3) by a cam 36 from a transfer position adjacent the chain 5 each time the leading edge of a sheet has been engaged by a gripper 11. This has the effect of promoting formation of a loop 22 in the sheet or the trailing- end is advanced past the leading end.
