The blind consists of two padded layers (2, 3) between which is a wire reinforcement frame (4), the whole being surrounded by a cover (5). A recess is formed in one padded layer leaving a free space to contain a mirror (8). The outer cover is cut away in the region of the mirror and the edges bonded to the mirror frame (7). The mirror frame fixing elements (9) are manufactured with the frame and bent when placed into position to pass through a slot in the padded layer (3). The reinforcement wire (4) lays on the outside of the long fixing element leg to give a favourable mutual support. The fixing legs are bent back after entering the slots to prevent getting pulled out.
