A method for producing a composite sheet with a supporting layer and a waermedaemmenden layer and device for executing the method

Composite panel, esp. a building panel, mfr. comprises placing a facing layer of a mixt contg minerals e.g. sand and (in)org. binder in the mould and then laying an insulating layer above it. The mould is vibrated (25-200 Hz) after it is filled and, before the contents are removed, it is inverted. By using a dry-to-stiff consistency in the facing mixt, and by vibration of the mould, much quicker stripping times can be achieved.
