Journey graph recorder with double control input - for recording journeys with two drivers has timing monitors and alerts for recording each drivers shift

A double input rotary graph recording unit for use on journeys, has switching and monitoring facilities to record the shifts of two individual devices. A switch (9, 11) on the front of the instrument is allocated to each device. The front of the instrument also indicates the speed (2) the time (3), and the distance covered, and gives a warning light (5) of the recording paper in the recorder is not mounted properly taking account of the configuration of the shift switches. A small indicator at each switch also signifies whether that device is resting or is in charge. A switch allows the system to be operated with one device only. In addition to this the basic circuit consists merely of two switches associated with the recording devices, the warning light and a supply.
