Roller shutter mounting with nonreturn device - has springs for roller and clamping wedge ensuring certain idling angle

The roller shutter roller mechanism has automatic arrangement for preventing reverse movement. This arrangement prevents lifting of the roller shutter and hence it forms appreciable obstruction to breaking and entering. The belt pulley on the roller shutter roll is provided with a carrier pin and with compression springs. The clamping rollers are arranged, in conjunction with the carrier so that the belt roller has an idling rotation angle and the belt pulley is connected to the carrier. The compression springs are arranged between the clamping rollers and the clamping wedge. These springs provide the idling angle of the belt pulley relative to the belt.
