Hydraulic control system for double-acting working cylinders - contains blocking valves actuated by piston position

The control is esp. suitable for working cylinders with a one-sides piston rod, the cylinder chambers of which are connected to a reversing pump via pressure medium passage of a releasable twin-back pressure valve. The valve has a chamber in a housing, divided by a floating piston into two chambers, into each of which open a pump and a consumer connection. Spring-loaded back pressure valves block the pressure medium passages. Each valve is opened by pressure-charging the chamber associated with the other valve, to displace the floating piston from its central position. Both chambers of the twin valve are connected to a pressure medium container via blocking valves, dependent upon the position of the piston.
