The fuelling apparatus drives an internal-reciprocating combustion engine with Otto carburettor using heavy, e.g. diesel oil. The fuel is prepared in a first stage by means of the carburettor. The fuel is then brought to the heated surfaces of the induction system installed between the carburettor and the cylinder. There, the droplets of fuel are vaporized. The induction system consists of at least one suction pipe (1) whose continuous curving describes a bow of essentially constant cross-section and which is heated by an external agent. The whole pipe describes a quadrant. The radially outer wall (3) is connected to the heating source.
