PURPOSE:To measure a diameter of wound wire, a wound length thereof and a winding speed by programming a diameter of the wire, a diameter of a drum and a body length of the drum so that an pulse output for detecting the movement of a drum shaft is applied as input to a measurement/operation apparatus.
