The electronic switch, setter, controller or similar has a supply section operated by the control section. An RC circuit is in parallel with the supply section, whose resistor, when overheated, is disconnected by a limiter. Resistor (11) is connected to the control or supply section (2,3) by its lead (15) at its end opposite to the capacitor (12). Temp. limiter (13) is inserted between the above lead (15) and the mains voltage. The control section (2) can consist of a resistor (4) with a balancing resistor (6) in parallel, a capacitor (7) and a trigger divide (8) which controls the trial of the supply section (3).
