Automatic waste water treatment - compresses oil separated as froth into cake and recycles clean water for car washing plants

A plant for the treatment of waste water from continuously operating car washing plant separates the sand and soil in a first tank where a coagulant is added. After apssing through a stirrer tank, the oil is floated and collected as froth which is concentrated and finally pressed to a solid cake. The effluent, freed from oil, is finally filtered; resulting in a 20% water saving.
