The transparent front (2) comprises a vertical channel (6, 6') each side with an aperture (3) for ejecting the cubes. The back (4) is formed by a U shaped section and is sealed by a lid (11). The ice cubes are frozen in a magazine loaded in the top and held in guides in the channels (6, 6'). A flat U shaped spring (12) is fixed approximately midway up the rear of the dispenser and when both sides are pressed in, a rear tongue (14) permits the magazine to drop to present a fresh cube. Shoulders (15) each side squeeze the magazine to eject the cube.
