Glazed double glazing frame - has tubular metal frame containing drying agent, and decorative wooden lattice lying between panes

The double glazed window frame is formed from vertical (8) and horizontal (9) rectangular hollow supports which are connected together by angled metal pieces (13), which slot inside the ends of the tubular supports. The joints are welded to make a rectangular frame. The tubes contains a drying agent and have inwardly facing holes (11) to permit the action of the drying agent on the air gap between the panes. A decorative wooden lattice (5, 6) lies between the panes which are bonded by resin to each face of the tubular frame.
