PURPOSE:To remove oil at a low temp. and at a high removal ratio by mixing through stirring oil-contg. sludge produced in hot rolling of steel with mixed solvent consisting of C5-9 aliphatic hydrocarbon, benzene, and aldehyde or acetone in a specified ratio.
