The polishing equipment consists of a shute and a polishing cloth which is mounted beneath the shute. The polishing cloth is attached to a rotating disc. The shute is in the form of a funnel which is mounted coaxially with the disc. A spiral shaped baffle plate is mounted between the polishing disc and the shute. The bottom edges of the baffle plate touch the polishing cloth. The spiral shape of the baffle causes the parts being polished to move outward to an outlet shute.
