Solar energy heat exchanger - made of light absorbing plastics straps in which channels are formed

The flat double strip for heating exchanger is made of plastics and has water channels. The heat exchanger has large surface area and is used in heat pumps and solar energy collectors. The double strip has two strips connected by transverse webs for forming channels through which the water can flow readily. The water channels (3) can have different forms and round channels are used when high pressures are used. The air and water heat exchanger can be formed by winding these double strips into spiral pattern. The plastics channel system can be used for underfloor or ceiling heating. The plastics elements can have light absorbing walls covered with black paint or with embedded carbon particles. Such light absorbing walls can be used for swimming pool heating, or for supplying heat to a heat pump.
