Socket and connector arrangement which can be built up into any number of sections has an insulating and isolating support and spacing wall and carries two sprung leaves facing each other to form a female connector leading to exit conductors. Printed circuit boards, insulation or fusing elements may be slotted into the socket so provided. Each sprung contact leaf is split to provide further flexibility. Such socket points are centred between two male connector points. All such elements being provided with a means to lock two or more connectors into a single block that will snap fit into a separate base arrangement.
