The section consists of two vertical, identical pieces (2), with interlocking internal reinforcements. Each piece consists of two uprights (3, 4) joined together at the ends by top (5) and bottom (6) structures. The inside edges of the coping (5), base (6) and uprights (3, 4) enclose an opening (8) in which is inserted a frame for a bay window (9). The coping (5) and bases (6) are formed of a number of symmetrical surfaces of form volume sloping downwards to enable the rainwater to run away. The outer sides have converging surfaces (10, 11) each having an inside edge (12, 13) forming between them an open V, with point facing outwards. A common, top line forms a crosswide outside edge (14).
