One-piece cartridge wad - has three flexible transverse walls joined by offset pairs of lateral walls to form chambers

The one-piece cartridge wad is particularly for hunting guns, being of flexible material impervious to explosive gases, and defining inside the cartridge two or more gas-filled chambers. It consist of three thin flexible transverse walls(1, 2, 3) flat and at equal distances apart along a common geometrical axis. Adjacent walls are joined together by a pair of diametrically opposite lateral walls (5, 6, 7), so that between them a chamber is formed with two diametrically opposite side openings, seale by the cylindrical internal wall of teh cartridge. Each pair of lateral walls is offset through 90 deg. about the axis (4) in relation to the adjacent pair.
