The generator for electrical or heat energy is based on the gain in power obtained from the movement of charge in a material subjected to artificial or natural electromagnetic fields. The forces involved are derived from the resonance at the vibration frequency of the atomic structure of the particular material, the power gain being a function of the characteristics of the environment and the progression of atomic masses within the material. The material consists of a basic sheet one surface of which is built up as a series of layers each selectively absorbing the electromagnetic energy and allowing a growth of charge circulation and hence heat.
