O-Alkyl-O-[pyrimidin(5)yl]-(thiono)(thiol)-phosphoric (phosphonic) acid ester or ester-amide of the formula IMAGE in which R is alkyl, R1 is alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, monoalkylamino or phenyl, R2 is hydrogen, alkyl or phenyl, R3 is hydrogen or alkyl, and X is oxygen or sulphur, which possess arthropodicidal and nematicidal properties.
